Welcome to the Pescadero Community Church

We welcome people of all beliefs and backgrounds, Christian, or not. We are a member of the United Church of Christ as a self-governing local church in the congregational tradition. We have approximately 25 members from our local communities in Pescadero, San Gregorio, Loma Mar, La Honda and all over the greater Bay area.

Vision Statement

Our church is a celebration in progress, a work of possibility and fulfillment.

We are a Christian community of faith, believing in the freedom and responsibility of the individual soul. With God’s help, we are called to provide a place of safety and sanctuary, of openness and diversity, of companionship and acceptance, welcoming all, as we are, into the unity of God’s love.

Inspired by the life and teachings of Jesus, the Christ, we are called to compassionate action in our community and world. We seek, in humility, to be open to all, believing that the Holy Spirit is a living presence waiting to instruct us.

We dedicate ourselves to learning and teaching, to the creative use of our gifts, and trust that, with the Grace of God, our spirits will flourish throughout our lives.
